Vancouver won a game against the Anaheim Ducks last night, 4-1. Christian Ehroff, Daniel Sedin, Alex Burrows, and Ryan Kesler scored for the Canucks, while Saku Koivu scored the only goal for Anaheim, breaking the any hopes of Andrew Raycroft getting the shutout. Henrik Sedin also got 99 points. One more point than Capitals star, Alex Ovechkin.
The next Canucks game will be on Saturday against the San Jose Sharks.
The LA Kings came back to tie up a game against the Colorado Avalanche, before the Avs won in a shootout 4-3. The Avalanche were once leading 3-1. Anze Kopitar had a goal and an assist, to help the Kings to come from behind. When Paul Stastny scored, after he banked a shot off of Drew Doughty, Terry Murray replaced Jonathon Quick with Erik Ersberg. Quick had only faced 16 shots.
Luckily, the Canucks beat the Ducks, or the Avalanche would be only 3 points behind the Canucks.
